Welcome to the WW2 Airborne Historical Company. Our main impression is that of F Company, 2d Battalion, 517th Parachute Regimental Combat Team. We are a living history group of collectors and military historians, that have chosen to honor our nation's veterans by portraying the 517th PRCT. The 517th fought bravely in the European Theater, earning campaign stars for; Rome/Arno, Southern France(w/invasion arrowhead), Ardennes/Alsace, Central Europe and Germany.
We do this at living history events, parades, public displays and tactical battle scenarios both public and private. As a secondary impression, we also portray Baker Company, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 11th Airborne Division. This unit fought with distinction in the Philippines in late 1944 through war's end. The 511th PIR also took part in the liberation of Los Banos Prison Camp. The unit prides it's self on being capable of multiple impressions, to include all U.S. parachute infantry units of WW2, if called upon to do so.
This site was created to support unit activites and as a recruiting tool. If you think you would like to be a part of our group, please contact us, we can always use a few more troopers to help beat back the Axis!
